The 720-degree spin-lock
RSI explains the spin of 1/2 as a literal double loop, the only twist that stays stable under the tension of the field.
Fermions, the particles that make up matter, such as the electron, have a spin of 1/2. This means a fermion must be rotated 720 degrees, two full turns, to return to its original quantum state. Standard quantum mechanics treats this as a mathematical property of abstract point-particles, without a physical explanation.
RSI reads the 720-degree rotation as literal fluid topology. Because the Eternal Consonance is a contiguous elastic medium, a simple 360-degree loop (a single twist) would instantly unspool under the 0.73 N baseline tension of the field.
To remain stable without tearing the continuum, the wave must pass through itself twice. It forms a 720-degree double loop, a topology similar to a Möbius strip. This double twist locks the displaced volume in place. In RSI, it is what turns a fleeting wave into a localized, persistent particle.
