The resonant saturation constant

RSI names the 0.73 N tension the Resonant Saturation Constant, the balance point between the medium's pressure and the tension of matter.

Ξ ≈ 0.73 N

RSI holds that the same yield strength that limits subatomic knots also sets the large-scale balance of the universe. The theory names the 0.73 N value the Resonant Saturation Constant. It calls this the Golden Ratio of physical equilibrium: the point where the high-potential pressure of the Eternal Consonance is balanced against the tension induced by vibrating matter.

The EC has an absolute base potential. The observed 0.73 N tension, by contrast, is the mechanical result of how often massless energy flows collide. RSI describes it as a thermostat for the cosmos. As the density of knots (matter) changes, the universe expands or contracts to hold this yield strength steady and keep the global toroidal circuit stable.

In RSI, the constant matters because it is physically necessary. It is the breakover point where the frictionless Rest-State is forced to invert into stable, lasting mass. The number 0.73 itself belongs to the newton as a unit, so comparisons with dimensionless quantities near 0.73 are coincidences of units unless a dimensionless ratio built from the tension is shown to match them.
